If that is a 3rd party application, then if you put a shortcut for that application into the Public Desktop folder, that will appear on all users Desktops. G) Open /System/Library/Extensions/ and delete ZoomAudioDevice.kext. If that app was downloaded from the Microsoft Store, then that App is tied to your Microsoft Account and you cannot share that with other users on your PC. If you receive this error, you have to close out of the Citrix session and Exit Citrix Workspace. Once it starts installing, it will ask you if you want to allow the software to change your device. It will now open up and start the process.
